“Towards the end of my first trimester I started to develop sciatica and lower back pain. Everyone recommended I see a chiropractor but I was skeptical so I put it off. After months of stretches and creams that did nothing to help my restless sleep the pain became unbearable and it was almost impossible to simply walk. Not only that but I was told at my 28 week ultrasound my baby was in a transverse position and I had a low lying placenta meaning I was most likely going to have to deliver via c-section. I cracked and decided to give Henry Chiropractic a try and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Henry was able to come up with a plan of action immediately even without being able to take xrays. After a few visits I noticed some relief and after about two and a half weeks of seeing Dr. Henry my sciatica and lower back pain is almost completely gone! I was also told at my 32 week ultrasound my baby has moved into a head down position and the placenta has moved up, no longer causing concern for a c-section delivery!!
